How long does printing take?

Fabric printing usually takes up to a week, though I'd always allow up to two weeks just in case. Wallpaper takes a little longer to print, usually up to three weeks. I'll let you know if your order is likely to take longer than usual.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I'm happy to ship anywhere in the world. If you'd like a shipping estimate for your location before ordering, just email me and I'll let you know.

Can you tweak or customise a colourway to suit my scheme?

Yes. If you're working to a particular scheme, I'm always happy to adjust or recolour a design to sit better with what you already have. Just email me and we can talk through what you need.

I have a sample in a colourway that isn't on the website — can it still be printed?

In most cases, yes. Not every colourway I've ever produced is listed on the site, but if you have a sample, don't assume it's unavailable — it can very likely still be printed to order. Get in touch and I'll let you know.

Why is everything printed to order rather than kept in stock?

With such a wide collection of fabrics, wallpapers and colourways, holding stock of everything simply isn't possible. Printing to order lets me offer the full breadth of my designs — and the ability to customise them — without compromising on quality or choice.

What is your returns policy?

As every length is printed especially for you, fabric and wallpaper can't be returned once an order has been placed. The exception is if there's a genuine fault with your order — in that case, please get in touch and a refund will be arranged.

It's always worth checking your fabric or wallpaper over as soon as it arrives, and before it's cut, sewn, or hung, since once it has been used in any way we're unable to offer a refund.
