Saloni Luxury Linen

Saloni is a design inspired by an antique book endpaper. These thick, decorative papers were frequently used to protect the book block, glued to the inner cover. I painted this design in watercolour, with lots of movement to reflect the old block print. This motif is a delightfully easy- to-use coordinate that will work with any design in my collection and suit any scheme.

FABRIC DESCRIPTIONS

Soft velvet 280gsm

Soft short pile velvet with a luxurious look and feel, made from 100% polyester, particularly durable and easy to work with. Suitable for soft furnishings (light domestic).

Wash on a delicate machine cycle at 30 degrees C/85F. Iron on a medium heat not using steam, ironing print side down for best results. Do not iron on top of other polyester fabrics, as the print may transfer. Do not dry clean. Do not wring. Shrinkage 2- 5%

Shimmer velvet 340gsm

A luxurious and sumptuous velvet, made from 100% polyester. Suitable for soft furnishings (light domestic).

Handwash only at 30 degrees C/85F Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Dry flat. Do not wring.

Luxury Linen 228gsm

Luxury cotton linen, suitable for soft furnishings (light domestic), curtains, lampshades. A medium heavyweight fabric, plain weave with a linen slub. Printed with eco friendly water based pigment inks, with excellent durability and wash fastness. An OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified fabric. 94% cotton, 6% linen.

Wash on a delicate machine cycle at 30 degrees C /85F Iron on a medium heat using steam, ironing print side down for best results. Do not bleach, Drip dry, Do not wring. Shrinkage estimated 4-8%. Suitable for dry cleaning.

Natural Luxury Linen 228gsm

An unbleached version of the luxury linen.
