Fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order in the UK and not held in stock, enabling me to offer a wide range of colour-ways and bespoke colouring service whilst being environmentally friendly. Printing and delivery will usually take up to two weeks, and orders will be sent directly from the printers to ensure a lower carbon footprint. If you need to receive your order sooner, please contact me before placing it so that I can put through an express order request. This will entail an additional charge.

Shipping Method

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail, DHL Express, Parcelforce, TNT or DPD. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be delivered by a local company for the last part of their journey.

International Sales

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may also be subject to customs charges and fees, dependent on the contents and value, which you will be required to pay prior to your order being released. The customs authorities in the country of destination determine whether charges are due on imported goods and the thresholds applicable vary in each country.

Returns and Refunds

Alison Gee Art and Design is committed to providing the best possible service and experience of its textiles and wallpapers to all customers, and the returns and refunds policy as set out below, explains in detail what can be done once an order has been placed.

  • Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been printed or despatched
  • Notify us within 30 days if you have not received all or part of your order
  • Notify us within 30 days if any item is incorrect, faulty or damaged
  • Unwanted made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded
  • Unwanted stock items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method

Order cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Note that we will be unable to cancel your order if it has already been printed or despatched.

Non-delivery

Please contact us within 30 days if you have not received all or part of your order. Note that we will be unable to pursue your claim if you do not notify us within 30 days of placing your order.

Incorrect, faulty or damaged goods

Should any item be incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. Note that you may be required to return the goods, the cost of which will be refunded to you.

Unwanted goods

Since custom-printed fabric is produced specifically for you, we will be unable to restock and resell the item. For this reason, we will be  unable to accept returns of unwanted custom-printed fabric. All other items are stock items and can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Note that items must be unused and in a saleable condition. Please contact us before returning stock items so that we can issue an authorisation number. Returns received without an authorisation number will not be processed, and the cost of returning unwanted items will be at your own expense.

Refunds

Refunds will be made using the payment method used to place the original order. We aim to process all refunds within two (2) working days, but you should allow up to five (5) working days for the funds to clear.
